Quelyro is operated by NEATFIX TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C., a single-owner limited liability company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Trade License No. 1607738; Commercial Register No. 2822103). Business address: Office No. F1-0674, Dubai Investment Park 1, Dubai, UAE. This policy describes how NEATFIX handles personal and company data through Quelyro. Company customers remain responsible for the personal data they place in their own workspaces and decide why that data is processed; NEATFIX processes it to provide Quelyro features and related support. This policy is subject to applicable UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection where applicable.

1. Data we collect

  • Account details such as name, email address, authentication status and session information.
  • Company profile, logo, address, tax registration, currency and payment settings.
  • Customer, quotation, approval, booking, invoice, payment and report data entered by workspace users.
  • Technical and security information needed to operate and protect the service.

2. How we use data

We use data to create and isolate workspaces, authenticate users, generate business documents and reports, support connected payment workflows, send account emails, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems and improve Quelyro.

3. Service providers

Quelyro may use specialized providers for hosting, email delivery, authentication and payments. Stripe processes payment details on its own secure pages. Resend delivers account emails. Google or ChatGPT authentication is used only when a user chooses an enabled optional sign-in method.

4. Company-controlled data

For customer and transaction data stored in a company workspace, the company determines why the data is processed and who may access it. Requests concerning that data should normally be directed to the relevant company first.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with authorized workspace users, service providers acting on our instructions, or where disclosure is required to protect users, enforce rights or comply with law.

6. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security. Retention may differ for accounting records, security logs and deleted accounts.

7. Security

Quelyro uses access controls, isolated workspace queries, secure sessions and third-party payment pages. No system is risk-free, so companies should also maintain appropriate user permissions and account security.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal data. Workspace profile information can be updated in Settings. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, security or contractual reasons.

9. International processing

Service providers may process data in countries other than the user’s location. Appropriate contractual and security measures are used where required.
